Consent Privacy Notice
How the AmpliSell Portal accesses, uses, and protects data obtained through Amazon’s APIs.
Effective Date: July 15th, 2026
Last Updated: July 15th, 2026
AmpliSell, operated by Wurawe Trade LLC (“AmpliSell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides the AmpliSell Portal (the “Portal”), an internal analytics and operations application used by our team to manage Amazon selling and advertising activity on behalf of the brands we serve (“Clients”).
This Consent Privacy Notice explains how the Portal accesses, uses, stores, and protects data obtained through Amazon’s APIs, including the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Advertising API. It supplements the general AmpliSell Privacy Policy, which governs our public website. Where this Notice and the general policy differ with respect to Amazon API data, this Notice controls.
1. Scope
This Notice applies specifically to data the Portal accesses through Amazon’s APIs in connection with Client accounts we are authorized to manage. It does not govern data collected from visitors to our public marketing website, which is addressed in our general Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Access Through Amazon’s APIs
With a Client’s authorization, the Portal accesses data associated with that Client’s Amazon Seller and Advertising accounts. Depending on the services provided, this may include:
- Selling Partner API data: orders and order items, financial and settlement transactions, inventory levels, product listings and listing health, catalog and product information, and sales and traffic reporting.
- Amazon Advertising API data: advertising campaigns, ad groups, targeting, budgets and bids, and advertising performance and reporting metrics.
We access this data only for accounts we have been authorized to manage, and only to the extent needed to provide our services. We do not access the personal shopping data of individual Amazon customers, and we do not attempt to collect data beyond what our Clients have authorized.
3. How We Use This Information
We use Amazon API data solely to provide analytics and operational services to the Client to whom the data belongs, including:
- Sales, profitability, and financial reporting
- Inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
- Listing health monitoring and catalog management
- Advertising performance analysis and campaign optimization
- Building internal dashboards and operational tooling for the managing team
We do not use Amazon API data for advertising or remarketing to third parties, for building cross-Client profiles, or for any purpose unrelated to serving the Client whose data it is.
4. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Amazon API data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard TLS
- Encryption of data at rest within our cloud infrastructure
- Access restricted to authorized personnel with a business need, under the principle of least privilege
- Credentials and API tokens stored securely and never exposed in client-side code or logs
- Use of reputable cloud service providers for hosting, storage, and data processing
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect this data using commercially reasonable measures consistent with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell Amazon API data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We may share it only:
- With subprocessors that host or process data on our behalf, under obligations to protect it and use it only to provide services to us
- With the Client to whom the data belongs, or others that Client authorizes
- When required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or lawful governmental request
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of AmpliSell, our Clients, or others
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Amazon API data only as long as necessary to provide services to the relevant Client, to comply with legal obligations, and to maintain reasonable business and audit records. On termination of a Client relationship, or upon a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify the associated Amazon API data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Authorization and Revocation
Clients grant the Portal access to their Amazon data through Amazon’s own authorization mechanisms (for example, Login with Amazon and Seller Central authorized-partner permissions). A Client may revoke the Portal’s access at any time through their Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads account settings. Revoking access stops further data collection; previously collected data is handled as described in Section 6.
8. Compliance
Our handling of Amazon API data is intended to comply with the Amazon Data Protection Policy, the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, the Amazon Ads API and Selling Partner API terms, and applicable data protection laws.
9. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
